Yes I’m doing classic physique, as of right now I’m doing light cardio EOD 45 mins, as for diet I still have my carbs up around 360 and each day I’m losing weight so I won’t be adjusting carbs until scale tells me to, here is a pic at 11 weeks out

How much are you allowed to weigh at your height? I guess you have that figured out where it wont be a problem? To me that would be hard to do. Wondering where you weight is now and where it has to be. What happens if you weigh a few pounds over?

Well I have 2 options either 205 or 197 my guess is 197 weighing in at pretty much 197 then carb up to on stage weight of 205, id rather be more diced up then play size game.
