Ive done classic since 2016 when it came out. My first competiton the more muscular guy wins over more aesthetics and ive been to shows like my last, where the class b winner beat the class c winner because of insanely small waist and muscle bellies and this guy wasnt big, he just looked phenomenal with his shirt off due to insane genetics. only knock he was shorter and still managed to win.

Each day I’m dropping it’s going ahead of schedule as of now, my body seems to do what I want it to this far, I have roughly 11.5 pounds to lose in 11 weeks, as of now im
Losing 2 lbs a week so I might have to slow my roll and sit around 2 weeks out.

Thanks man, this morning I woke up a full pound lighter then yesterday morning my body moves quickly when I need it to, by next week I could potentially be down 2 more pounds of fat

Here is what im
Doing

every 2 to 2.5 hours I’m eating a meal, and THE EXACT same meal, all measured out. I eat 5 a day, I’m ALWAYS hungry you see that’s the trick, 7 ounces of chicken or Cod then 1 cup veggie and 1 cup rice, OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I do not eat more per meal, when I’m done eating a meal within 30 minutes I’m hungry again BUT I must wait 2 more hours or more, if I’m not in this turbo hunger mode I’m not doing it right.
