Big Bapper - out of respect for my nutritionist, I don't want to give too much detail on my diet. I will say that I'm always using some form of carb cycling, and it changes every couple of weeks. As for cardio, I'm currently doing a little over 5 hours per week, split into some morning sessions of 45 minutes, and some evening sessions of 30 minutes. I am mainly doing incline treadmill, but will occasionally use the stepmill also. I will probably use the stepmill more as I get closer to my show.
