Just under 13 weeks out now. A bit leaner, but weight is actually up a pound or two (220 this morning).

I'm still not pushing the diet too hard - doing 2 high carb days per week, 5 days of cardio (40 minutes each) and having a weekly cheat meal.

Just curious Shelby, what's contributed to the size difference between your arms? Just wondering if you've had some type of injury in the past.

You look right on track, Shelby. Do you plan to hit the tanning bed at some stage, or more coats of pro tan will do the trick?

They've always been like that (the left being almost an inch bigger than the right). My right lat is also a bit smaller.
I'm not sure why, really. I broke my right hip in a car accident when I was 16 - maybe that has something to do with it.

I'll start tanning more, then use a bunch of coats of paint before the show.

Just depends on how the prep is going. I usually stop them somewhere between 10 and 6 weeks out.

Shelby, Great thickness and no secret how you have attained that. Heavy duty training the meek shall not apply. You are strong enough as a bodybuilder to be a pretty good powerlifter and probably one of the strongest bodybuilders on the board. Every year you keep getting bigger and better. I will be looking forward to you're progess and rooting for you.

Looking very strong for 13 weeks out. Still nice and thick yet your pretty lean. Even without a tan and lots of dieting left you could see the abs coming out in a couple of the poses. Great work and best of luck!
 
ridiculous stuff bro. Just ditch the scale, forget the weight class. just use that mirror and keep dialing in. Prove this theory true. Im going to do the same, awesome stuff your sharing.

BTW, The squatting Videos are great! I did some yesterday, I'm at my strongest right now, I know that watcing you squat that good has helped me (I tell myself now if that MF can do it.. Why not me!! :D )

keep the videos comming, especially the Squat and throw in a few Deadlift ones also. (that's by far my least favorite exercise)

How tall are you? 220lbs is THICK.

Again, always cool to see the progress. The best will be to compare the first video you posted to what you look like on stage.

its actually kinda scary how similar our bodys are... you look better and are in better shape.. but between your height and body shape.. if i got my diet in check i bet we would look like twins!!

awesome work... big bump for another short and stocky brotha!! :D
