Why are you cutting test? Why not just reduce the test dosage and keep some fullness.

also I think that cutting testosterone so early is a bad idea, max 7 days before if you use test prop

dnp so close to the contest - also a definite mistake

Okay thank you I will save dnp. I was going to switch out test for 100mg drol. I’ll keep test in I like where the fullness is at currently. Run hgh through or just go with flow of conditioning?

Honestly man I ate everything, no specific diet just tons of calories and kept reps 6-8 ranges and 15-20 for lower body. It took me a while like training muscle to train my appetite. I can throw down with food

Do you at least know what your macros were at? Protein amount? Or you didn’t count anything? Lol

Didn’t count a thing and honestly I’m not doing anything different for prep, just no excess sugar. Piling carbs and protein and keeping fats somewhat low haha. I just go off the mirror lol

HGH can make some people hold water close to a show but that is dependent on dose
I ran 5iu hgh up until 3 days out then dropped it
Definitely depends on how you look
