well i have been around here long enough to take my lumps. these are 15 weeks out from my second contest. i am 36, 241lbs 10%bf. i have been body building for 2 years now. please feel free to critique and please tell me how to make more little legs grow!

Your torso is good, your limbs need to grow. Do rock bottom squats.

nope, you are right. i had a left shoulder injury and favor tha side. it is not as noticeable when i diet down.
 
i would agree that your limbs need to get bigger, you look thick through the shoulders, just keep driving on, hard work, looking good

thanks. gonna pound my arms and hopefully they will catch up some.
 
Looks like you put on some good mass since your last show, particulary in the shoulders, if you hold onto that while dieting down should be impressive improvement over than last show. Too bad about the arms, I tend to have that trouble also (although I'm not a BBer so I don't care as much as long as they're strong). I'm sure they will look more in proportion when you are dieted down though. Keep up the good work.
 
11 weeks out now and weighed 245 this morning having bf done in the morning but i am leaner and probably at 9%. starting cardio every day now. up to now i was doing cardio in the a.m 4 times a week, 30 min. will post some more pics next week.
 
for your lower body to catch up, go below parallel for all squatting and pressing leg exercises. worked wonders for me. Good luck with your prep.

Bro, looking good. Does look like you got some good added mass since your last show. One question though, how in the hell do you do this being in the car business? You must be determined as hell.

it takes pretty carefull planning! sometimes i wil leave the auction early and sneek off to do some cardio! lol!

You look good for only 2 years, most guys it would take years for that kind of mass. I too had problems with legs, I learn to slice them up for a show, which look good onstage(running and cycling will help) Be persistant and learn, you have alot of potential.
