Since I plan on helping members here in the peptide world I figured I'd post up. Been a long time member here mainly digesting information.

41 now, been using test & Winny primarily since 23. My current cycle never really changes now. 150 - 225 TestP. May - July 25mg daily Winny.

The peptide house cycles from Methlene Blue, SLU, GW, Carnitine & AICAR. Always using BPC157. Sometimes with TB5 & GHK.

Most workouts are 1000 - 3600cal "cardio sessions" no more weights. Cycling, running, swimming.

41 here too. I also quit weight lifting and now focus on bodyweight stuff a lot of stretching and Bjj. Do you notice any negative impacts from running winny?

Joint pain, LDL goes up HDL lowers and triglycerides go up. So I'm running GW and methylene blue the entire duration (May - July) to keep my panel clean. GW will clean HDL up and keep the triglycerides down. GW also helps with the joint stiffness and liver stress. MB is basically there for mitochondria support.

Feel free to post up brother. I've been running low dose T a few years after my last tour in Iraq. Idk if it was all the adrenaline dumping over the years that got me but the low dose test has definitely helped. Personally for me, I like being able to run a 5 minute mile at 40.
Not all of us are chasing amazing bodies, especially a 40 yr old like myself with kids. So it's an accomplishment to be able to play and keep up with them at 40 with multiple tours.

As far as helping, I like reading the abstracts on all performance enhancing peptides and sharing what I've read and hopefully helping others. Stay positive
