I was extremely surprised at how much strength I had a deadlifts today. I wasn't really sure where to start so I began where I was one month ago, the last time I did. I was initially was just going to hit 605 for 5 but my buddy talked me into the additional 50lbs. instead of 20lbs. Needless to say I could have been happier to hit 635 for 8.

I'm actually living in a college town right now finishing up my undergrad work and I have been offered jobs by the majority of the bars. I'm the type that really cherishes my free time though and I'm not sure if I would give that up. The money would definitely be nice though.

Struggling with squats a little bit. I'm having trouble figuring out exactly how wide my stance should be.

My patellar tendon is acting up on my right side as well. Used a piece of it 4 or 5 years ago to repair an ACL.

I didn't do any calves today because some bone spurs have developed around my ankle after the surgery I got on it this past summer. They have begun to cause me a bit of pain. I'm going to get them taken care of later this summer.

Felt really strong on bench today although my friend talked me into going a bit heavier than I should have on flat bench. Chest fatigued rapidly after that causing some struggle on incline. Decided not to over do it today and take a week off of floor press. Missed cardio as well.
