I've never done I log before so I figured I'd give it a go.

We'll start off with some stats:
Age - 24
Height - 6'7"
Weight - 375lbs.
BF% - Unknown, Fairly Lean (might jump in the bod-pod soon)

I've never competed in in any type of event bodybuilding or power-lifting alike but plan to possibly compete in a power-lifting event in the near future. I'm currently running my second cycle. This one consists of:

1-18 T400 - 1200mg/week
1-16 Deca - 600mg/week
1-4 Anadrol - 100mg/day
1-18 Arimidex - .5mg EOD
1-20 HCG - 250iu Twice/Week

I am actually in the 3rd week of my cycle now. The first two weeks were not that exciting, everything stayed pretty much the same except my weight. I was at 354lbs. before I started and I've just now started to see some strength gains. All my lifts are done RAW aside from a belt, wrist wraps, and straps on certain exercises.

Unfortunately the Anadrol I had for this cycle was bad an I had to order some replacements. I will hopefully be starting in a few days.

I am unable to give measurements at this time as my tape has disappeared. Pics to come soon.

Finally started to see some strength gains today. Felt fatigued as I got to incline, I can usually do a little more. DBs only go up to 100 in my gym, its really annoying.
 
Tuesday - Back

Iso-Lateral Low Row Machine

No pulling this week or putting any extra stress on my back. I'm still recovering from a mid-back erector spinae pull on my left side.

The lat pulldown machine we have is a POS. Its 200lb stack is heavier than the 300lb. stack at my gym at home. Plus the morons that "fix" it made the cable so long that I sit on the floor to use it.

I try to stick to 40% carbs, 40% protien, and 20% fats at 5000 calories. Breakfast usually consists of eggs and oatmeal while other meal consist of mostly chicken, potatoes, brown rice, assorted greens, and wheat pasta. Sometimes I get London Broils but its hard to justify the cost versus chicken.

Definitely felt some strength today. Tendonitis in my elbows prevents me from doing most overhead tricep exercises. Still waiting on the Anadrol, hopefully it will be here tomorrow.

I won't disagree with you man but for what I'm doing I'm comfortable with the amount of fat I'm carrying although I won't say I'm happy with it. I'd like to see where I'm at exactly so I think I might get in the bod pod.
 
Got my Anadrol from AMG today, great T/A highly recommended.

This is only my 4th day on the Anadrol but I can tell already a huge difference for the bunk stuff I had before. Hit two 30 min. cardio sessions on the elliptical over the weekend.
 
Don't you train legs? Surely if your serious about powerlifting (and the gym in general) you need to be training legs too.

What did you run in your first cycle? :eek:

Yea man I did legs on Friday. Didn't manage to get the log updated for some reason. It was kind of modified routine though cause I'm trying to let my back heal up.

I just did:

Hammer Strength Leg Press
Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Leg Curl
Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Leg Extension
Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl
Cybex Rotary Calf Raises
Cybex Standing Calf Raises

Normally I split Quads and Hamstrings into separate days where I would sqaut and do RDLs among other axillary exercises.

My first cycle was a 12 week T400 cycle where I started out with 4 weeks of dbol and ended the last 4 weeks on anavar.

Thanks for letting me know. I just noticed you had listed all the other parts then gone back to chest on the mon. Not training legs would be a big disservice to yourself but you have cleared that up.

Goodluck with your cycle. Those are some high doses for a 2nd cycle but you do what makes you happiest.
