Good afternoon all, I hope this finds you well. If not get outside and do some cool shit.
I recently finished up 14 weeks of durability/work capacity with a two week de-load - now that I have increased my performance threshold it is time to refine a little bit. Prior segment of training was 6 days per week, each day consisting of 2-4 training segments depending on work obligations. One strength training session, one swim, one run and occasionally a bike session and any variation there-in. Caloric burns were 5,500-6,500 per day. Cardio was predominately long, slow, steady pace for minimal CNS fatigue.
New system of training is 2x per day 6 days per week. No more unless a random mobility/stretch session is added. Runs and swims are all to be done as sprints, strength sessions are explosive movements coupled with body weight movements. High CNS fatigue events.
Current level of fitness: I hold a 6 min mile, 600 pound squat, 600 pound dead, 11min 500M swim year round. Other misc numbers are push ups 112, pull ups 21, sit ups 73.
Goals: I want a 2 minute 800M (4 min mile pace), 40 second 50M (swim) and would like to add 10-15% to all my calinesthetic movements. I do not want to drop my baselines strength however.
Weight is 209-213 5'11 around 12%

200mg Test per week (Prescribed)
20iu IGF nights - NOT administered the night before a run (prescribed)
400mg EQ per week @SOUR DIESEL
200mg-400mg DHB per week @SOUR DIESEL (Week 3 is 200mg, Week 4 is 300mg, Week 5 is 400mg - Capping this at 400mg - NOTE I started EPO 2 weeks prior to starting DHB thus the funky weeks)
2iu HGH mornings @SOUR DIESEL

Week 3+ 1,500iu 3x per week

June 6th Hematocrit 55.4 (Day 1 of week 3)
May 23rd Hematocrit 48.4 (Day 1 of use before first injection on 800mg EQ)
May 9th Hematcrit 48.3 (Two weeks prior to start on 800mg of EQ)
Blood work will be done bi-weekly
The range for Hematocrit if 40-51, ideally I would like to be at 56/57.
