Good afternoon all, I hope this finds you well. If not get outside and do some cool shit.

I recently finished up 14 weeks of durability/work capacity with a two week de-load - now that I have increased my performance threshold it is time to refine a little bit. Prior segment of training was 6 days per week, each day consisting of 2-4 training segments depending on work obligations. One strength training session, one swim, one run and occasionally a bike session and any variation there-in. Caloric burns were 5,500-6,500 per day. Cardio was predominately long, slow, steady pace for minimal CNS fatigue.

New system of training is 2x per day 6 days per week. No more unless a random mobility/stretch session is added. Runs and swims are all to be done as sprints, strength sessions are explosive movements coupled with body weight movements. High CNS fatigue events.

Current level of fitness: I hold a 6 min mile, 600 pound squat, 600 pound dead, 11min 500M swim year round. Other misc numbers are push ups 112, pull ups 21, sit ups 73.
Goals: I want a 2 minute 800M (4 min mile pace), 40 second 50M (swim) and would like to add 10-15% to all my calinesthetic movements. I do not want to drop my baselines strength however.
Weight is 209-213 5'11 around 12%

Cycle and suppliers
200mg Test per week (Prescribed)
20iu IGF nights - NOT administered the night before a run (prescribed)
400mg EQ per week @SOUR DIESEL
200mg-400mg DHB per week @SOUR DIESEL (Week 3 is 200mg, Week 4 is 300mg, Week 5 is 400mg - Capping this at 400mg - NOTE I started EPO 2 weeks prior to starting DHB thus the funky weeks)
2iu HGH mornings @SOUR DIESEL
EPO from @SOUR DIESEL and @sciroxx-lab
Current Protocol
Week 1/2 3,000iu 3x per week
Week 3+ 1,500iu 3x per week

This is subject to change based off of hematocrit response.

This is what is important
June 6th Hematocrit 55.4 (Day 1 of week 3)
May 23rd Hematocrit 48.4 (Day 1 of use before first injection on 800mg EQ)
May 9th Hematcrit 48.3 (Two weeks prior to start on 800mg of EQ)
Blood work will be done bi-weekly
The range for Hematocrit if 40-51, ideally I would like to be at 56/57.
 
Notations thus far

1) @SOUR DIESEL DHB - dosed at 100mg/ml. Added to either my test or eq to dilute ZERO PIP.
2) EPO utilization - Coming to the end of week 3 at the moment. Shot #1 on day #1 the effects were noticeable. Not in the increased RBC count but it seems to have a profound effect on lactate buffering. Did 800M repeaters this day. Legs felt friggin' solid the entire time.
3) EPO and micro-nutrients - I am an electrolyte and sodium slut, despite that I need a minimum of two meals between cardio events or I will cramp like you wouldn't believe. This is highly unusual for me. Normal small cramps while swimming are regular for me. I had my entire left leg lock up two days ago. Hip flexor, hamstring, quad, gastroc and soleus. Had to grab onto the lane dividers like a cat trying to escape a bath in the sink (yes I have cats).
4) I want to attribute this to the DHB - I feel hot, all the time. My Oura ring however shows no difference to my standard body temperature throughout the day.

30 Elliptical
5x35 explosive sit ups (ensure hip flexors are not activating)
24 Rounds (alternate assault bike and ski-erg) 20 seconds on immediately do 15 assisted perfect form pull ups with 2 second hold at top. 30 seconds break and repeat.

First time hitting 6 liters lung capacity on my Airofit.

All today is Airofit, Breath Holds, Chiro, and hopefully a foot massage.

HRV and RHR last night were remarkably elevated. Tomorrow I have 800m repeats and deadlifts so want to make sure I get the most out of that.

Also just snagged this Chili-pad for the bed. Hoping it increases quality of sleep. Anyone have some experience with these?

At 1,500 EPO administered yesterday I don’t “feel” it like I do with 3,000 administered that morning

On the DHB it might be because I tweaked my gastroc and annoyance but my level of irritability today was through the roof. Whether we want to admit it or not but these compounds can affect our moods. I have felt more aggressive the past few days than normal.

I am going to keep DHB at 200mg for an additional week to feel it out a bit.

Yesterday for a day off my vascularity was borderline ridiculous. I’m not the leanest guy so it’s weird when shit is poppin.

Chili-Pad - super easy set up and first night on it but you can 100% feel the cooking tubes while sleeping on it. Also didn’t cool as low as I was expecting.

Shot taken last night DHB in both shoulders. Momentary discomfort (2CC both shoulders). But zero PIP today.
Since starting DHB my average resting heart rate while sleeping has gone up from 44-46 to 49-51.

DHB is much more androgenic in nature than what the Ratios say on paper. I was a DHB slut for awhile, but the sponsor I used disappeared from here and other sponsors DHb crippled me. (Never dried sour diesels DHb)

DHB….unbelievable strength….core temp seems elevated, dry and hard….and almost seems to strip fat like tren at doses 300mg+. Choppy sleep at 400mg for me.

It is DEFINITELY not strong EQ. It’s more like tren-light. What is also nice is it’s a prettt damn good cosmetic drug without drying out the joints like DHTs.

How was your breathing? I can hear myself breath since I started it’s implementation.

Respiratory rate though (breaths per minute) however has not changed.
 
Unusual day today - had to drive down to Austin for some meetings Monday and Tuesday.

Hit a local gym. Even after a double shot of espresso just wasn’t feeling it so activation/mobility day.

3) Back to sprints - took substantially more time for heart rate to return to baseline after sprint sets.

Going to give it a minimum of two more weeks - but as of now not digging DHB.

^^^IME: personally have not found DHB to block estrogen ..& many others seem to notice/say the same thing

not all DHT-derivatives (..or in this case a DHB-derivative) behave quite like DHT
..or have the same level/strength of affinity for a given classic DHT-characteristic

..i'd assume that you'v ran the EQ to TEST ratios 2:1 like this before with no problem
..i'd assume that you do that from a "performance-enhancing-perspective"
^^^so i'm not diving/jumping at the high EQ to TEST ..& possible subsequent "low-Estrogen" as a culprit in your case
..even tho most guys would encounter some sort of ED issue running those ratios ◄at least at some point down the cycle


however i thought i read a fairly recent post where you mentioned something about "lactation" in another thread?
(..& i think i posted in that thread as well )

^^^if that's that the case ..& you have not addressed that with CABER ..or PRAMI etc
..then you entered this cycle with high(er) Prolactin ◄now this would cause/contribute to that ..esp the inability to climax

^^^IGF also raises Prolactin ..as does GH ..as does High-Stress ◄as in your High-Level/Endurance Training

Going to add prolactin to todays bloods! My usual is 200 test and 400-800 EQ. No erection issues but I do have problems cumming from sex. Hypothesizing this is from out of whack prolactin levels?

^^^it's very tell-tale of high Prolactin ..happens with TREN too ..esp when you run low TEST with higher TREN ..same with DECA

..thru the years i'v experiments with alot of different stuff ..every time i'v tried to run TREN solo ..it is a definite ..might not happen right away, but a definite that it's coming

^^^put it you this way ..i would be very surprised if your Prolactin was NOT elevated

..it's an easy & fairly quick fix with CABER tho
