16 Weeks - Human Performance Optimization (200 Test, 400 EQ, 200+ DHB, EPO, GH, IGF)

Quite literally just got my full panel done - should have results tomorrow in the AM.

Correct - I’ve never really messed with AIs. I’ve also only ever just monitored estrogen on my panels. Usually in the bottom quarter but in range mate.

I am quite shocked with how quick my hematocrit dropped off.
 
June 20 hematocrit of 49
EPO (1,500 IU) administered After test
June 21 hematocrit of 53.3

Prior to June 20 the last dosage was administered on June 17.

Surprisingly prolactin is within range. Bloods attached.

I'd of definitely checked prolactin because it's easier to deal with. Anything that inhibits Glutamate and loweres GABA will make it harder to climax. Its the same reason as being drunk and not able to nut. I have this issue with EQ. Maybe DHB is similar. Adding a DHT can increase GABA and one of the reasons people do well on adding it to a cycle. I've had good results with EQ and Mast.

During warm up my pace per 25M was at 38 seconds, usually 33-34 with zero effort.

Lungs feel extremely heavy - hate to say it but DHB simply may not be the compound for me. Going to drop to 100mg per week and feel it out for a bit to give some feed back.

BPM is usually 88-93 on warm ups was over 114 today peaking at 123.

i was thinking the same today.. think my DHB has just started to build up, and now breathing feels a bit heavier(as you say) during daily runs.
just the other day i was feeling fluid and in the groove. today, felt very labored.
i'm dialing it back as well.
in the end, i feel i'm just going to land on test, mast, gh.

What protocols do you guys run your masteron at? Any affect on hydration or micronutrient retention?

I tried a singular shot of 200mg of tren E around 5-6 months ago. Wrecked my ability to retain sodium and water.
 
I start Low. I have low SHBG so I need to ramp up anyway. I start with 105mg Mast(15mg daily)175mg test and 175 bold. after a week I'll add more mast if not cramping up. But most the time I'm good there.
 
First day back since my lateral soleus acted up so easing back into it

Note - DHB not being so pronounced in my system as I am a week from last shot - I feel infinitely better, more athletic and “lighter”.

DHB my upper body got extremely vascular however nearly all vascularity in my legs left. Starting to creep back in which is strange. Almost like they just completely swelled up with glycogen and were holding heaps of water.

I was far more aggressive and downright irritable on DHB, much more calm and level headed now. @SOUR DIESEL you sure this stuff is only 100mg/ml ? Haha

Affect on cardio was much less pronounced I will admit than tren at the same dosage.

I prefer being mobile and fluid as opposed to tight and not as fluid.
I'm still running DHB as i like the libido boost and alpha feeling.

Notes: Last EPO shot was Friday, can definitely “feel” the difference on sprints when it is “fresh” in the system. Perceived effort was about 20% higher without it than with it.

Will get bloods done tomorrow morning and again Tuesday morning.

I've used GW/Cardarine substantially - tried injectible Aicar a while back but didn't notice anything from it (was paired with GW).

GW works 100% but my results seem to vary dramatically. I have always used the same supplier but its' no "magic pill". First cycle with it was great. Seems to sort of wear off after about two weeks.

what was your sweet spot for GW/Cardarine dosing? It seems like majority of the people that respond well to GW/Cardarine say 20mg.
 
Honestly always 20mg. The cancer stuff scares me on it a bit so tend to be pretty conservative honestly.

I would definitely recommend it - I enjoyed it mostly for slow steady state cardio (marathon prep) for anaerobic/lactate threshold work I don’t think it’s worth much though I will admit.
 
I'm experimenting with GW only on days of long max effort stuff. So once a week and definitely see a huge difference in endurance. You don't get the lipid benefits but it doesn't loose its effects.

I’m leaning this way as well, pulsing compounds purely based upon that days intrinsic needs.

Really love the idea honestly.
