I am 16 weeks out from my first natural competetion. Still trying to put on a little more mass before i try and shed some of this fat. Critiques greatly appreciated on everything. (poses, physique, etc.)
Thanks for the feedback guys!!! I am killing my legs to try and get them to catch up but its a battle for every pound of muscle I put on at this point.
Diet is pretty clean already at about 4000-5000 calories a day with 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, and 20% fats... will cut the fat down little by little at about 12 weeks out.
Is there anything in particular that stands out about my posing? I practice in the mirror everyday but I guess I have conditioned myself to hit the incorrectly. LOL I thought my front double bi was one of my strongest!!!

you have bigger arms than guys I know on 3grams + of gear :headbang:
