16 weeks progress with JM's training

These aren't standard BBing poses, sorry. Was just looking at old facebook pics this morning and was kind of shocked, haha. Supps haven't changed, and for the most part diet hasn't changed, but I've been following John Meadow's workouts for 16 weeks now. First pic is from March 15th, second pic from this past weekend. About 15-20 lbs weight difference.

Apparently I had no idea how to train. Money well spent

Thanks man. Now that I'm healthy again I'm just trying to put on as much quality size as I can, and then hopefully give that august show a go again next year.
