I don't believe you
As some other guys here said, I bet it isn't possible. At least I don't believe you can gain 16lbs _solid beef_ in just 3 weeks. Maybe you didn't meant pure muscle but water and othet things also?
I don't believe that human body is able to produce such a large amounts of muscle protein in such a short time period. That would mean that your body is producing 345 grams of solid beef per day. Do you really think that would be possible? Even if you had eat that much protein a day I don't believe that body will use all the protein you digest with 100% efficiency and also you have to take into account body's other protein needs so it is sure you would have needed a lot more. Maybe you would have had to eat at least half kilogram (1.1 pound) protein per day.
Maybe even that wouldn't have been enough.
So can you honestly tell how much protein did you eat a day?
