16week Bulk Cycle--Advice Needed

Hi all, currently at the halfway point of the following 16wk bulk cycle--
8weeks 750mg Test E/wk with 600mg EQ/wk....then 8weeks of 800mg Sust/wk with 50mg Tren EOD...gh 4-5ui/ed throughout

Noticing significant fat gain in midsection as of week 8--estimate around 14-16% bf...

Needed any suggestions as far as where to go from here--ie increase cardio & clean up diet more which will likely inhibit muscle gains?...cut bulk cycle short, take off 4-6weeks & start cutting cycle?

Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
 
cleaning up your diet will not limit gains. just keep your protein high and cut out the junk food. if you are running 5 iu's growth, training hard and still at 15% your diet must be terrible. clean it up, add cardio and you will lean out.

Thanks Mrsoul--yes, I've been following Palumbo's diet but likley overdoing it on the carbs for his bulk diet plan...I thought I coudl get away with some junk food given the gh but the genes must not be that great!
Thanks again and I will likely stay the course and just switch things up diet wise and cardio...
 
Don't really see the point of only running the EQ8wks. EQ needs to be run 16-20 weeks in most cases b/c full effects don't even start to kick in till around week 8-10. JMO, good read on that article though.
