still have 3weeks left for working weaker parts, but i have allready implemented clen and am changing everything at 2months out.

stop taking the clen....
you conditioning is probably good enuf to start a diet 8-9 weeks out...
 
I agree with KM 100%. You do not need clen now. You are in good condition already. Just keep your protein up and follow a good strict diet. You have separation in your legs already and still have 16 weeks. Don't overdo it.
 
what would taking the clen now do to the end result?

im talking negative results
could it really affect?

m still eating like crazy (kind of bulk-diet)

m using slin for the 1st time too: twice a day, 6iu am and 6iu postworkout
just to see where this will eventually lead


will clen make me drop too much weight? am still on bulking AS-cycle as well..

The clen is just not something that you need. Based on your current condition you can get in crazy shape in no time. IMO you are taking clen FAR to early. Keep your diet and your stack as simple as possible. I think that a ton of guys make diet and gear more of a chemistry experiment than it needs to be. My advice is rather than ask how will it hurt ask yourself if it will help the end result. I think that if you start doing things like clen to early you risk losing a ton of hard earned size. Good luck.

you guys were right, ive been OFF clen and back to regular bulking diet because things were DEF. going way TOO FAST..

I have to disagree about not taking the clen. If you are taking it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, then why not? Your program is working great for you, obviously, and if somethings working, don't change a thing. And if you are losing bodyfat in a slow and methodical way, your probably losing very little muscle, which is the goal. I personally can take clen for month after month and it will keep working for me as long as I take a week or two off every now and then. I remember BigKiwi saying he almost never came off of clen year round, even when bulking.
 
problem is when im using clen i lose- appetite, - energy (which is weird), - water, - strenght, - volume... basically, everything i still want to keep for some time before the comp.

i might use eca instead, c how that works out

but first, i need to regain everything i lost ..

I see both sides as valid points. I'm an advocate of taking a longer more gradual approach to prep. If you were to stay on clen it would be a big mistake. but if done in 2 week intervals it would be effective. or even 1 week on 2 weeks off. I see so many guys that are not prepared ahead so they end up crashing the last 2 mo. and that is when you drop the size. If you know your body weel enough, you know when to hold em and when to fold em... That is really what this sport is about anyway, isn't it? Knowing your body...
 
you're right roy, but contest prepping is a tricky thing

and as you say, it can end up both ways ;)
 
hi guys, little update

have dropped clen completely and regained lost size

am now using T3 at only 25mcg a day and will use this for 2weeks and see where the Real prep starts.
