I'm 17 years old and love to workout. I'm not huge, but would like some serious comments about my progress. I am all natural. During the summer my bench max got up to 255. Then I hurt my shoulder by trying to do too much. Now back down to 135 cause that's all I can do without it hurting real bad. Feels like I have rocks in my shoulder socket and makes a crunching sound when I rotate my shoulder. I currently weigh 150. And I'm about 5'8. Can't gain weight to save my life. Tried mass gainers, carb loaded meals 8t times a day, lifting heavy with lots of protein intake at the same time. Only gained 1lb out of all the attempts. 2 at the most. Finally gave up and just accepted that I'll forever be in the cutting stage. All real comments and advice accepted. Thanks guys.

At 17 there is no need to get frustrated.

Be consistant, keep an open mind, stay off AAS until you stop growing naturally, lift hard, sacrifice for your goals, and you will reap the rewards that many of us wish we could.

As for your shoulder, hope it gets better.

Everyone here has already said it bro. Your going to reach your goals. I started lifting when I was 16, didn't really start seeing a huge difference in muscle until I was about 24. It was hard as hell for me to gain weight as well. Sometimes you just reach a certain age and you start to blow up. Just stay with it and keep up the good work!
