I'm 17 years old and love to workout. I'm not huge, but would like some serious comments about my progress. I am all natural. During the summer my bench max got up to 255. Then I hurt my shoulder by trying to do too much. Now back down to 135 cause that's all I can do without it hurting real bad. Feels like I have rocks in my shoulder socket and makes a crunching sound when I rotate my shoulder. I currently weigh 150. And I'm about 5'8. Can't gain weight to save my life. Tried mass gainers, carb loaded meals 8t times a day, lifting heavy with lots of protein intake at the same time. Only gained 1lb out of all the attempts. 2 at the most. Finally gave up and just accepted that I'll forever be in the cutting stage. All real comments and advice accepted. Thanks guys.
