Guys, I'm needing to lean back out a bit...was looking at a basic Eph+caffiene 1st thing Am fasted with a little LISS cardio and staying fasted for another 2 hours give or take. I'm going to be rotating GW with inj. Carnitine...mostly using GW@ 10mgs...Wanted to incorporate 176-191 since I've heard it really works great fasted...but now that the 177-191 is available I admit I'm not as well versed in it.. How does it compare to 176 and is it best used the same?
