17AA are oil soluble or water soluble? or both?
I've got metandienone powder and I want to encap it. Some said that mixing propilene glycol with powder, then injecting in a cap (and swallow) is better. why?
Do I need some excipients to mix with powder?

Take winny for example. It is most commonly found in water, but has been produced in an oil solution.

I would mix with pg also but I dont see any reason to inject in gel caps just draw the desired amount and shoot it in your mouth ,I ve also heard of people using everclear as the mixing soloution

There are problem with absorption if I put the pure metandro powder directly in the caps? Does this work?

I made an experiment : put 1ml of winstrol depot in a glass, then in a microwave to dehydrate it. Then take the dried powder stayed at the bottom of the glass and mix with creatine, then put the mix in the cap. it works very fine!!! here in italy win cps is much expensive than wistrol depot, that is the cheapest gear here in italy (I pay it about 4$ /vial)!

The problem with measuring low dosages like this is finding an accurate scale!!! I've done a lot of research and the cheapest scale (it's digital) I can find to accurately measure one mg is around $500!!!! Do you have any idea how SMALL 5 or 10mg is anyways?!?!?

I found a relativley accurate, 4-gram, twin balance beam scale that measures in 25mg increments. The easiest, most accurate method is to weigh a small amount of powder and cut it with a liquid (as stated by others) - like 0.5g powder and 10ml liquid = 50mg/ml. Any of this liquid will dissolve the capsule RELATIVELY QUICKLY, so you can only encapsulate when you're ready to take it!
