Benfatto is definitely another one. The guy came in even lighter.. like 170-180. His look I would say is more comparable to Frank Zane but maybe with slightly better bicep peak? Pastel was just insane

Lee is more like 5'4 than 5'6. I have met him a couple of times and took pic with him and we are the same height. I wish I was lean like that at 185.

I always had the understanding that all things equal (conditioning wise) 7 lbs per inch was the standard. so at 5'9 - 206 lbs. cant remember where i heard that, i think bob chick said it.

Great guy met hm at a seminar one time. He is 5"6 and his wife was hot taller great couple though. He seems to be doing well with his supplement line. One of the few him and Gaspari nutrition that I would trust If not using a sponsor. MM

normally I would say any man under 200lbs is just an ugly woman... I would certainly not sat that in this case.

Two of my all-time favorites!! Franco was freaky strong for his weight...800 lb deadlift at under 200!! And Platz...I swear he had a few more reps in him in that video...best legs in the history of legs...fucking ridiculous

he is still doing a full range dead lift with over 3x his bodyweight in a pair of shorts, and they did not use "fake weights" back in those days. i do not care if he is 2 ft tall, not to many men can do that

Funny you should say that, as i always think the guys who are way over 200lb and not in shape are like ugly women. I mean all that fat and eostrogen it just reminds me of a fat woman not a lean mean test filled male

i have to laugh, as stats go if that pick is 185lb then i am 35+lb heavier yet if you put us together he would look 35lb+ heavier/muscular than me.

thats a 70lb illusion...im now gutted
