Theres a lot of those partial rep guys at my gym. Then when they do full range they drop 30lbs or more. Partials can be used to some benefit, but the average guy in the gym does partials to say, hey, i did 120lb dumbells today for reps.

thats really not THAT much of partial reps. just a TAD deeper and he'd be all the way but imo that is far enough to stimulate

I'm not at all impressed. He is lean but any skinny kid can look like him in 3 months of some heavy lifting and anabolics. Call me a hater, I guess.
