hello bros,

i just watched pumping iron,04' arnold, and 06' arnold classic...and wow things sure have changed.. i look at pictures of reg park and arnold in his early 20's frank zane ect. and for me they are totally attainable as far as shape and size...now looking at the modern bodybuilder at the pro level and its just insane, guys like freedman who are 6'2 290lbs ripped and look unbelievable are placing 9th and such and what does that say?9 guys even better than him guys like melvin anthony,gustavo ect.
WHAT HAS CHANGED?? even the MAN LEE HANEY can believe his eyes...

so back in the day all they really used were anabolics correct?? and thats all i use as well and faily low dosages to be honest...so if i wanna really see how far i can go with bodybuilding and my body what else do i have to use?
1) ton of insulin
2)boatloads of gear
3)50k of GH every year
4)30k of igf-1 ' '
5)?????????????????????????

what seperates the amature and the pro? GENETICS ONLY?? i mean amatures today are using everything, HELL even guys at my gym who look like they have never worked out are using 1-4!! and its only because of how little i use and 5 cycles ive done that make me think i could atleast do well as an amature if i start to use all the new goodies ya know, but i guess i wont know if im an ABOVE AVERAGE JOE or something MORE..until i try..any of you out there feel the same way?? i mean you can't even compete these days without using GH ect..

where todays pro's sick right out of the gate? 1-3 CYCLES and they were already well past everyone in 100miles?
would love to hear some feedback from fans of the sport!

I really wish I knew what it was that allows some guys to just keep on growing like there's no limit. There's definitely something in the genes of some people that allows them to grow bigger and faster than normal people. I don't know if it's something to do with lower levels of myostatin or what, but whatever it is, I want it.

Not something you probably want to hear but I say genetics. Hard to believe and harder to accept. Some guys have it and some guys don't. Ok take a persons 40 yard time. either you are fast or you are not. Sure you can improve your time a couple tenths but not a whole lot. Same with jumping or say running the mile. There are guys who are 16 who never really run and can run a faster mile than a guy who trains for 2 or 3 years.

In bodybuilding it is harder to quantify but in a sport like running it is easy. One guy can train for a year and start winning local 10 K races. Another guy can eat perfec, train perfect etc etc and NEVER win a local 10 K race or even come close to the first guys time.

Genetics beginning and end. Take a look at our own 'little' Vander. If what he says is true, and I have no reason to doubt it, 3 years of bodybuilding (while still partying) on small amounts of 'supplements' and he has developed more muscle than most guys on here will develop eating perfectly with double the 'supplements' and 10 years of lifting.

genetics and lots of money..knowledge...discpline...better information...and why better information? Because the bodybuilders before us helped us achieve this with trail and error

so were the top pros of today pretty sick just after a cycle or two, or is it just there ability to keep growing and growing.>??? like even ronnie,dexter ect. have made vast improvements over the last 5yrs or so...while king k has changed little since 99'??

if sergio or arnold were around today took gh,igf1,slin ect..would they most likely be right up there with ronnie jay and others???

im just assuming that one must take all the necessary supplements these days just to keep it an even playing ground on the competitive cercuit>? seems most the amatures are taking everything these days ya know..

like they say,

theres only a small amount of people out there that have the genetics to attain what the pros can, but out of that small amount how many of them actually Diet RIGHT, Train RIGHT, and are WILLING to go that far with there bodies? that is what narrows down the field tremendously!!
 
WEll if you watch MARKUS RUHLS video, he shows clips of himself in 1992 then his current 2003...that is 11years of training, eating, supplements, and resting...

Yeah genetics are HUGE in this game, but with todays supplements, you can push past your genetic potential...it just might take you more time than the average JOE if you do not have genetics working for you.

yeah I own the video and yes thats a huge difference but he still was a pretty thick muscular guy when was still doin "fitness' lol plus he says he got so big people where saying..you should compete..he obviously has great genetics hes as big as pros get these days..

basically Drugs can take you far but what seperates bob c and ronnie c is genetics...well, i would like to see how far i can go so im gonnna havta rob a bank or 2 and buy some GH..LOL
