And what about some leg training advise for 'seniors'?, i.e., me.
My leg workout is intense, I incorporate negatives, and I train legs every day. I have 2 days per week when is the major body part is legs, than on non leg days, I do leg extensions, and 3 sets of 20 reps deep squats with body weight in the and of each upper body workouts. Some of my leg workouts.

crazy striation i had a few like tha tback when lol. you should see the HUGE INDENT in my right peck after brawl in june, im getting a tat to cover it friday or sat. I will post before and after pic the. best wishes big bro . yes emeric is unreal and extremely bright unlike most meathead bodybuilders

Very impressive as I would expect. And perfect form. I like how you incorporate negatives.
