Hey what's up brothers, I am 1rhino1, new to posting in the board. I figured I better introduce myself before I go asking questions or sharing experiences. I usually am on outlawmuscle, and musclediscussion. This forum is very nice, I really enjoy reading here. Man, lots of good people, genesis is the man. Glad to be able to be part of such a nice board.
My stats;
5'8", 275-280 lbs eod, 19" arms, 28 3/8" thighs, 53.5" chest, right around 60" at the shoulders, 38" waiste, 18% Bf. I have been working out seriously for five years, got stale and started doing pro hormones, I do believe I missed out on the good ones though. Got stale there and started my first cycle. I have started with 18months of mass, and am about to start eighteen months of cut up. I want to do it slow to preserve as much mass as possible and maybe add more.
You can catch me on outlaw with a cycle log, and I recently placed second in a deadlift contest, there is a video of me hitting 585 for five. you can also find me on MD as bigrhino, currently running a cycle log there too.
