1st cycle

I just did the basic Test 500mg er week for 12 weeks with a clomid/nolva pct. Worked well for me.

I liked the idea of testing 1 new compound at a time, so it made sense for me to start with test only.

Many of the people I know started with multiple compound their first time out. It worked out for some, not so much for others. I like to play it on the safe side personally...
 
500 Test 35mg Dbol

That was the norm...

I'd say it was too much !

300mg of Test would just do fine
 
Test e at 500 + EQ + tbol 40mgs, cut that cycle short because of the anxiety from EQ. Second cycle was 500 mgs test e 2 ius gh, should've started with that.
 
500mg test e 15 weeks with 40mg dbol first 6 weeks. I could have done without the dbol.

This is a great topic.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle, in my opinion.

I personally would save the dbol for a second or third cycle.

This sport is all about progression. It's a marathon. You want to start slowly and work your way up. For a second cycle you can do testosterone + an oral as a kick start. For a third cycle you can do testosterone + an anabolic + an oral as a kick start, etc. If you start with a very aggressive cycle right off the bat, where will you go from there when you plateau? By starting slow you leave 'all your aces in the hole' and will be able to make progressive gains for a long time.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone 500mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day

After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: The Perfect Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) - Evolutionary.org

This is exactly what I recommend on a daily basis to guys ready for their first cycle. I wanted to do this article to give guys a good reference point and kind of a checklist to see if they are ready. I also felt it was very important to give an alternative if you are not quite ready for AAS yet.
 
Don't forget to run cardarine hcgenerate and n2guard with every cycle!

when I was 25 i did 100 days of anadrol... loved it at the time, probable the reason I was on trt by 36 , we didn't have the internet or know about PCT and if someone stole a vial of EQ or winstrol from the vet we thought one shot was going to change your life. so foolish
 
I did a 6 week pyramid of dbol as I wasn't sure about injecting, 15, 20, 25, 25, 20, 15

Listened to a complete nob but I dont regret it
 
test e - 500/wk - 10 weeks
anadrol - 50/day - 4 weeks

Got super bloated and strong as fuck from the drol....

When i used dbol in my second cycle, i didnt bloat at all...
