I have been on maintaining and cutting diets for the last couple years and now since 1 month back i decided its time to growth full force couple months before we start the precontest diet.
My top goal is get those legs to grow to match my upper body so i am doing legs x2 week and on those days i am eating 1000g carbs per day.
so far everything is going great getting bigger and still pretty lean.

Here is my current cylce 250mg test e + 300mg npp per week
current weight 87kg
Goal: 93kg
Calories 3600
Carbs 600g (mostly from rice)
protein 200g
fat: 45g
Water 4-5 litre
sodium 5000-6000mg
potassium: 3500-4000mg

80% of my food is from clean food rice, potato, chicken, tuna. Doing a clean bulk

here some pics from latest... let me know guys what you think and if i should change anything with diet and cycle... Appreciate all help and tips

Yes I think focusing on legs is the right move. Do you train quads and hams both twice a week? Or one day for each?

And about the diet: What was you baseline before starting the above macros?
 
Nice work and getting your legs up to par with your upper body would be a good plan. Good luck on your journey back to the stage!
 
Nice to see you back. You’ve maintained a good, sustainable look. With all due respect, did you de-emphasize leg training the past couple years? Injuries? I’ve been dealing with extreme knee pain and problems from years of American football and basketball. I’m the same. Plus always looking for ways to improve my legs without killing the knees
