1st Phorm supplements

Anyone use or know anything about this product? My son in law is repping their stuff and telling me how great it is. Seems pricey to me.

I’m personally not a fan of 1st Phorm. Overpriced and minimal dosages on ingredient list.
They sell a huge variety of stuff but it’s all middle of the park crap sold at insane prices.

Way overpriced and underdosed. I just spent a minute on their home site. I would not buy most of that junk if it was 50% off. Cult-like following though. NOTHING there that cannot be found here on PM for a much better value.

They do a great job promoting. Had a guy at the shop the other day that was looking for a pre-natal protein. I said get an unflavored whey iso or pea or whatever source you want but get it unflavored(to play it safe) and then toss in some fruit/vege maybe a touch of juice to get the flavor. He was not sold because the bottle did not say pre-natal. I offered to write in on in sharpie and that is when he left lol. Been doing this for over 20 years and I have zero patience for idiots at this point lol. Life is too short to suffer fools.

It has been my observation that for some reason almost all the supplements aimed at the CrossFit crowd are not only overpriced but most are terribly formulated/underdosed. Fraser aid flavor extend perform was one of the few exceptions but most of the stuff cost an arm and a leg for pixie-dusted garbage, think low-dosed CBD with some valerian and melatonin that will be 99.99 a month, please.
