1st post, Beginner PCT / Recovery Question.

Hello all,

Finally decided to make 1st post, Have been here for a while, and plan on staying for all of the info,

23 Y/O

Cycle was 500mgs test Enan EW
75 mgs tren EOD
Last week
75 mgs test Prop EOD ( before contest cycle )

Post cycle was Clomid / Nolva 2 weeks after last test inject..

Before this cycle have had no probs with gyno / suppression.

It is now a few months later(after ignoring the problem in hopes it would go away, due to keeping gains / strength holding in the gym.

My testes seem to still be atrophied, and some gyno signs have set in.
My sex drive is fine, and still able to have the same sexual performance.
Iam keeping gains quite well and had a good rebound after the show.

Iam stuck with the current situation, any advice is welcomed

Its time to start reading about HCG, HMG, and Clomid. Once thats done post back with specific questions. Personally, if I was in your situation I would also get a full blood panel to accurately measure how you're recovering. Actually, that would be the first thing I would do, then move onto trying to play doctor.

I plan on getting my blood work done, early next week.. After seeing the results I guess i will decide where to go from there. Usually in this problem would it be recommended to run HCG alone or take another post cycle course, consisting of Clomid / HCG? Is there any reasonable explanation for keeping the gains / size and still having atrophied testes after a few months post cycle? Thanks everyone.

I think that's a good choice and I wouldn't start anything until you see the results.

It depends. Honestly, I've come across arguments that support both sides, but IMO it comes down to how aggressively you want to attack the problem. The way I see it however, is that if one does the job why throw anything in on top of that, but I'll leave that for you to decide.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you stayed on your diet and training. I've come across a lot of people that let everything fall apart when they come off and they wonder why they lose almost all of their gains. But, I can't come up with a fact 'X' or 'Y' as to why you are retaining gains, especially if you've suffered a great deal of testicular atrophy, which is a sign that you're not producing LH, your HPTA is "off line", and basically aren't producing normal levels of testosterone. There are many factors that could play into this, but I'm not going to speculate beyond the most obvious.

I'm not going to give you any specific amounts that you should be taking simply because I don't feel comfortable giving out that type of advice (unless it's to tell someone they should be using a lot less). Sorry, but it allows me to sleep at night. There are just too many factors that are present, but searching on promuscle should give you a good idea where to start. I will say that what works for me is on the lower end of the spectrum of what you will find with your searching.

After reading my post I don't think I'm being very helpful, sorry about that. Like I said though, I don't really feel comfortable shelling out advice about "drugs". I hope this at least serves as a jumping off point in your own research and if not reply and someone else will chime in.

Hope things get better and don't blow off the blood work.
 
Thank you for your reply, The blood work will be my starting point, and i will take all things into consideration, I guess the lesson learned is always have more PCT incase you need it, thank you for your time..
