I started my diet 16 weeks out at 6"1 bout 280pnds now 5 1/2 weeks out im 255pnds. I tkink im gna need to be 240ish b4 i carb load in the last week.

I have been doing a 3 or 4 days very low carb the 1 day of hi carb. It has been working well so far, tho slowly. Am i at a point now where i should be going low carb 6 days a week and just carb up one day?????????

Also when people comment that they go as low as 50 carbs a day are they including simple carbs?? Eg if i drink a powerade with my weight session thats 80 carbs rite there.

Im doing cardio 4 times a week and suppleming with clen,hydroxycuts and cold + flu (ie ephridrine).

And help would be greatly apprieciated. :D :D
 
Carb manipulation "just prior" to competition (last week) is what I haven't really figure out works best "for me," let alone "anyone."

The ONLY thing that I don't count as Carbs are "green" vegetables.
