1st time Dnp log

I wanted to keep a log to follow along with results.

Today is day 4 of 200mg/day. So far no noticeable sides, maybe alittle warmer and tired but hard to tell.

Debating on whether to stick to 200/day for 20 days or double it up for a few days.

What would you guys do?
 
Might I suggest moving this to the log section? There is less thread turnover and it will be easier to follow.

as for your question:

You can always take more... but it depends on your goals?
Just go through the cycle you originally wanted. You are going to see results either way.
 
I prefer running double that dose for half the time. I hated the feeling of DNP and wanted to get the results out of it as fast as possible. 10 days at 400 will be just as inpressive as 200 for 20 days.
 
Keep the dose low. I just got stupid and went up to 800mg. I was bed ridden for a couple days and halucinating. My memory was shot. I couldn't remember my pin number for my atm card. I put the car in reverse when I tried to go forward. Not a good thing to literally fry your brain.
 
yea ill stick with 200 after hearing that! haha

Its first time trying so ill go low for 20 and see how it goes.

I've done from 200-600mg a day, I like 400mg. But depending on how much your looking to lose 200mg might get the job done
 
I would agree with keeping the dose as low as you possibly can as long as you are getting results you want... I have taken DNP pretty much every way you can possibly think of and lower dose longer duration was my favorite so far... I just started a new dosing experiment with it this week too early to comment on results.
 
Staying at 200ed, day 6 and slightly leaner, notice more veins in lower abs and side.

Side: maybe alittle warmer but nothing too bad, havent been sleeping great so ive been tired so idk if its dnp or not

I ran 200mg for 18 days I think (I capped it myself and it was a 20 day supply so I over capped a few). At 200mg/day you feel warm but don't get uncomfortable unless you eat a lot of carbs. 200mg is money becuase you can continue to workout hard, loose fat, and not be miserable.


I noticed the most change about 2 weeks after I stopped; the water came off and you could really tell a difference.
 
So far far definetly see some fat loss, not a big increase in heat. But, feel tired, almost like im sick

in my experience DNP if anything has anticatabolic effects. I am currently running it for the very first time not being on AAS so guess this will be a real test to it
 
Gonna try 400mg today, its not the dnp making me feel like this. Defeinetly have a sinus infection

If you are sick STOP taking DNP. Seriously, it's a really really bad idea.

Take some days off, get better/healthy, and start again.
