2-4 HGH IUs a day- difference and realistic expectations?

This was running blacktops at 8 shots per vial. So it should be right around 2iu factoring 16/vial. 428 igf1

This was fasted blood draw at 7:15am. Growth was pinned the night before probably around 10pm. Not sure if it was IM, probably subQ in stomach.

I was running GH pretty much daily.

E2 was in the gutter, but doc didn’t order a sensitive test, just the basic assay. I have no idea how accurate the 10.9 estradiol actually is.

Heck yeah! Definitely interested what mine will be at 12 weeks from now at the 3iu. Wondering if running at the 5 days per week will get similar numbers and will take that IGF all day long.

I wish I knew my 10.9 estrogen was remotely accurate. From what I’ve read, the basic test overstates estrogen in men, but would he surprised if I was actually that low back then. I was fighting a gyno flare up and was running raloxifene and a small amount of aromasin. From what I understand, estrogen aids in the conversation of igf1 so low estrogen levels should impair igf, right?


Im currently running ~3.3iu on some 100iu kits and will switch back to blacktops at 5 shots per vial pretty soon. So it will stay in that 3iu range. I am just starting a small cycle and will pull bloods in several weeks. I will report back with my results.

I don’t think you are gonna notice much from 2. 4 would be very mild with some fat loss and maybe a bit better recovery. I really feel like the magic happens around 6-8 minimum

What was your IGF-1 prior to the HGH? Generally, 2iu is a 40-80ish increase.

The issue is that many cannot tolerate 6-8iu’s, so we stick with 2-4.

How often do you run 6-8 and do you titrate up, or do you just jump in the deep end, because you don’t have any of the side effect issues??

I usually start around 4-5 and go up but I’m pretty heavy. I tend always wanna push everything so I’ll go up a little too quickly and get elbow pain but as soon as I drop it, the pain disappears. So I’ve gotten smarter with my approach and just taken it slow. I’ve run up to like 12 a day and got used to that so I always thought I could jump right back on 6-8 and then I’d have some pain.
I will say around 12, weighing 315 at 6 foot was pretty lethargic but I guess that’s to be expected.
I really do think I caused some serious hyperplasia because I’ll take a year off or even 2 and come back and be unrecognizable in a month and a half.
 
At 2iU under improved sleep and minor body comp changes. 3-4 is the same but more pronounced.
 
agree with most here ..
in my experiance the results start to get noticed within a week or two .. definitly start getting a bit leaner .. muscles fuller .. etc .. i have never done just 2iu/day .. but if i did i would do it b4 bed IM .. you get more out of the GH while youre sleeping ... and its active into the morning for some fasted cardio..etc ..
i used to take 4iu b4 bed every night .. for as long as i can keep buying GH i will do at least that ..
i added in 2iu upon waking and noticed a bit more

i take 4iu b4 bed and then 2iu upon waking and 2iu pre or post workout depending on days schedule .. just adding the 2 iu pre post workout that i wasn't doing b4 i noticed a bit of a difference in how much i can eat without putting on fat..
U pin it post workout & eat immediately after? Just started my hgh regimen & vigours Steve said to keep food away from it by a few hours. Id like to add a 2 iu post workout if it’s gonna increase benefits on top of my 4iu before bed. I appreciate ur info bro!

So, I started running 4iu at bedtime again about 2 weeks ago and will likely just run it 5 days a week for the duration that God allows me to.

Have you ever noticed any losses or drop offs by only running 5 days a week??

No. If you are running 5 days a week I don’t notice much if any difference 5/6/7 days a week

I frequently miss 1 or 2 days a week

Still have awesome results

Some weeks I hit all 7 days - great
But if I miss 1 or 2 days I don’t sweat it at all

That’s good to know and I am definitely in it for long term benefits at 4iu’s. Don’t see me jumping more than that for any reason.
 
I think my physique was better on 3x5iu week then on 2iu ed. We talking almost the same amount gh (1box per 2month) but results were better.

Would someone who naturally has lower than normal igf notice a difference taking 2iu?
 
Another thing I’m curious about is would a low igf level play a major role in someone who’s on decent amount of AAS?
Say they are on plenty of gear but igf is low due to low e2

You would for sure notice even 1iu , for a long time 2iu was too much for me. It took me long time to build up to be able take 2iu ed.

Are you saying muscle memory? You get all your gains back in 1.5 months typically? I did read recently that it’s actually very difficult to lose muscle tissue. It’s mostly just about refilling them with glycogen, water and proteins to get the size back. Is this what you have found?

If so, do you just try to pump as much glycogen as possible into them to get your size back?
