2-4 HGH IUs a day- difference and realistic expectations?

100% my experience. I’ve run cjc /ipa, tesa/ipa for 12-16 weeks each, and resultswise- it’s not even close in cost and effectiveness compared to 3 IUs GH.
Not even close.
Maaaaybe Tesa for the visceral fat targeting it was designed for, and that’s a maybe.

Was on 3IU for roughly 3 months before I decided to work my way up to 6IU over a few months. Absolutely incredible. Visceral fat is falling off more noticeably then it ever has, recovery is great. I can have a cheat meal and bounce right back to where I was it seems. Will surely be running 6IU until my wallet say otherwise lol

Have heard a lot from folks on here, Pro’s at gym, and some patients that 6iu’s has been a magical spot for them and most are only doing the 6iu’s five days per week.

Any pros/cons to pinning GH IM post workout then eating right after?
No matter how where when you stick your GH you are still 10x better than not sticking it

Just stick it bro and most important is not to skip or forget a dose day

I started using 2-3 i.u. of HGH 13 years ago as i was having a couple surgeries and figured it may help since i was in my 50's and my Dr recommended it. Can't say i noticed much. Continued using around 2 i.u. daily for the next 12 years as i was just getting older. Stopping using it a good 6 months ago. The only thing i have noticed since i stopped using HGH is that my fasting glucose numbers have dropped. And my IGF-1 numbers are in the mid range these days. What are your IG-1 numbers at now?
 
I’ve used GH off and on for well over a decade now. Usually in the 3-4iu range first thing AM and 7 days a week. Occasionally running 6iu for weeks/months but never more than 6iu. My goal with GH is just some increase in recovery, anti aging, skin improvement and staying lean.

I can’t remember where I read it (maybe from Type II) but I am considering trying a bolus dose of 10iu every other day but pinning before bed. Anyone else tried a similar approach? Wondering what/if any differences I may notice from going with this protocol.
 
i been using hgh for a little over 2 years, i take 5 ius split 2iu a.m. 3iu p.m. and i have had decent results( fat loss,recovery,fuller muscles) , i am in the over 50 club so my igf1 numbers aren't so high 216 last test, but that was a year ago and on 4 ius at the time, i have an igf1 test today so i will post my results when they come in,,

While I understand where the notion of 'bolus' comes from—and indeed, HGH is a pulsatile hormone, meaning it is secreted in bursts (or boluses)—a HGH regimen of two dosages per day has been found clinically superior.

324 was what I just tested last month. On 5 iu m/w/f.

What's the rationale for m/w/f dosing? To save money? or better results

cuz that's a pretty solid result on 15 IU/wk (equivalent to 2.15 IU/d)

Have read here (can't remember which threads) that similar results could be had with less frequent pinning. This was my first igf test since being on GH though.

Since then I started pinning daily glutathione, so I might as well go back to daily when my restock order arrives.
 
Would someone who naturally has lower than normal igf notice a difference taking 2iu?
I’d love to be able to answer your question but I’m not too sure. I would think so but it will not be something you will notice very quickly and it will be very very subtle. I’d suggest you start at 2 and maybe just work your way up to 4. Gh isn’t something you are going to notice right away and I’m sure you know that so just be patient.
 
Are you saying muscle memory? You get all your gains back in 1.5 months typically? I did read recently that it’s actually very difficult to lose muscle tissue. It’s mostly just about refilling them with glycogen, water and proteins to get the size back. Is this what you have found?

If so, do you just try to pump as much glycogen as possible into them to get your size back?
Yeah I have really good genetics and response to gear. Plus I’ve been doing this for quite a few years. I wouldn’t say I get to my all time best in a month and a half but in that time frame I get tons of questions of “what the hell are you doing or what the hell are you on. I also held a lot of muscle on my frame when I was really serious for about 6-8 years straight. I’d say it takes me about 3 to 4 months to get to my all time best but… that was 295 lbs at 6 foot with a 34 inch waist. I do sometimes wonder if the gh I used in the past caused hyperplasia making it easier to fill out and look better. You also have to remember I spent many years perfecting my training and dieting so when I jump back in, I know exactly what I need to do.
And yes to answer your question about pumping glycogen, I absolutely do. I’ve always responded very well to high protein, high quality carbs(all rice and potatoes and sweet potatoes) as well as vitargo when I train. My body’s natural set point years ago was around 210 lbs and now no matter how little I eat, work long hours, and don’t train for a year or ever 2-3 years I never dip below a somewhat solid, somewhat chunky 245 lbs. I do believe I did lose muscle tissue but it comes back so fast then I just pump it with glycogen and even after years of gh with zero slin ever I’m still very insulin sensitive. Everybody is different but I think some of these observations could happen for anybody if they work hard and obsess over it.

Recent igf1 test was only 215 with a z score of .9, im disappointed to say the least , but i am in my 50's so i guess it could be worse,, Ive been in a calorie deficit for 18 months , so i believe that has alot to do with the low result,,
 
My IGF-1 of 95 results are from a few years ago.
My IGF- of 401 is last week.

Mine all done before bed. And I take it that way because it seems to help with my sleep and I enjoy the longer deeper sleep.
