Yeah bro straight up GH is King100% my experience. I’ve run cjc /ipa, tesa/ipa for 12-16 weeks each, and resultswise- it’s not even close in cost and effectiveness compared to 3 IUs GH.

Was on 3IU for roughly 3 months before I decided to work my way up to 6IU over a few months. Absolutely incredible. Visceral fat is falling off more noticeably then it ever has, recovery is great. I can have a cheat meal and bounce right back to where I was it seems. Will surely be running 6IU until my wallet say otherwise lol

While I understand where the notion of 'bolus' comes from—and indeed, HGH is a pulsatile hormone, meaning it is secreted in bursts (or boluses)—a HGH regimen of two dosages per day has been found clinically superior.I’ve used GH off and on for well over a decade now. Usually in the 3-4iu range first thing AM and 7 days a week. Occasionally running 6iu for weeks/months but never more than 6iu. My goal with GH is just some increase in recovery, anti aging, skin improvement and staying lean.
I can’t remember where I read it (maybe from Type II) but I am considering trying a bolus dose of 10iu every other day but pinning before bed. Anyone else tried a similar approach? Wondering what/if any differences I may notice from going with this protocol.

Have read here (can't remember which threads) that similar results could be had with less frequent pinning. This was my first igf test since being on GH though.What's the rationale for m/w/f dosing? To save money? or better results
cuz that's a pretty solid result on 15 IU/wk (equivalent to 2.15 IU/d)
I’d love to be able to answer your question but I’m not too sure. I would think so but it will not be something you will notice very quickly and it will be very very subtle. I’d suggest you start at 2 and maybe just work your way up to 4. Gh isn’t something you are going to notice right away and I’m sure you know that so just be patient.Would someone who naturally has lower than normal igf notice a difference taking 2iu?
Yeah I have really good genetics and response to gear. Plus I’ve been doing this for quite a few years. I wouldn’t say I get to my all time best in a month and a half but in that time frame I get tons of questions of “what the hell are you doing or what the hell are you on. I also held a lot of muscle on my frame when I was really serious for about 6-8 years straight. I’d say it takes me about 3 to 4 months to get to my all time best but… that was 295 lbs at 6 foot with a 34 inch waist. I do sometimes wonder if the gh I used in the past caused hyperplasia making it easier to fill out and look better. You also have to remember I spent many years perfecting my training and dieting so when I jump back in, I know exactly what I need to do.Are you saying muscle memory? You get all your gains back in 1.5 months typically? I did read recently that it’s actually very difficult to lose muscle tissue. It’s mostly just about refilling them with glycogen, water and proteins to get the size back. Is this what you have found?
If so, do you just try to pump as much glycogen as possible into them to get your size back?
Recent igf1 test was only 215 with a z score of .9, im disappointed to say the least , but i am in my 50's so i guess it could be worse,, Ive been in a calorie deficit for 18 months , so i believe that has alot to do with the low result,,i been using hgh for a little over 2 years, i take 5 ius split 2iu a.m. 3iu p.m. and i have had decent results( fat loss,recovery,fuller muscles) , i am in the over 50 club so my igf1 numbers aren't so high 216 last test, but that was a year ago and on 4 ius at the time, i have an igf1 test today so i will post my results when they come in,,
