2.5iu HGH a waste for a 29 year old?

I have plenty of HGH experience but only at bodybuilding doses. Thinking about staying on 2.5iu grey tops for a while but wondering if it's not enough for my age to be useful.

Unfortunately, I do not have a baseline IGF test. I tried, but apparently the BPC157 and TB500 I was on raise IGF too
 
I would think it's definitely useful. For me, I would take it upon waking and go do fasted cardio, walk around the neighborhood for a half hour.

Does doing such light intensity cardio work for you? Not bashing it but I tried the whole 30 min walk around the neighborhood thing for awhile and never saw anything....maybe I just dropped it too quickly cuz i was bored
 
I did 3ius a day for 5 months, and I am 28. I thought it was worth it for what I was looking for.

I have a very fast metabolism. I have always done easier forms of cardio with great results. My heart rate is usually 110 during cardio.

I'm more of a higher intensity cardio fan personally. My goal at the moment is to be able to have the endurance to play basketball again and take boxing classes at my gym. I want to be that big ass dude who doesn't run out of breath.
