Marilyn, the latest is offseason mode and gonna start prepping in February for another show and go from there. But, I am excited to say, I am gonna team up with a great prep guy (I do not know if he wants me to say his name yet, but I know it was a great choice, since I have always done my own preps this will just make it funner for me to take my mind out of it) and see if I can take my body even further.

By the way, you looked great at all your shows this year (RESPECT), had a great year and wish you all the best. You and Tony are such positive members of this board and say I always enjoy your successes!
