when googling this add megaupload in the search to not get to techy the file hosting site megaupload does not make you wait 15 minutes up to 30 like rapid share does.

so type in anabolics 2006 megaupload, if you have to goto the 3 or 4 page on google so be it, its out there and its a huge plathorus (?) of info, ugl, human grade, pics of everything, including bunk gear...

next is a book kinda geared for beginners its called, beginning body building.

so they ya have it, thought id share that with ya guys.
