how do you guys pin your cjc/ghrp 6, 3 times per day? i work in an office so pinning in the middle of the day wont happen for me. i plan on doing 100mcg of each (so 200mcg combined of cjc and ghrp 6); once in the morning and once at night. (for a total of 400mcg per day of cjc and ghrp 6). is pinning twice per day vs. 3 times per day at that dosage, that much of a difference?

fyi: i will also be running 500 mgs of test per week. and low dose of igf-lr3, 20 mcgs per day, pre-workout.

Pinning

Pin in the A.M. when you wake up, Pin Post Workout, regardless of what time of day it is. Pin 30 min before bed. Avoid fatty foods or carbs as these can blunt the GH release. I put the pin in my lunch pail walk in the bathroom and I'm done on the days I dont work out. The days I do, I just do it right after I work out.

3 x day if you expect to get the most out of it's use. You are going for pulses so 3 is better than 2. If you absolutely can't do 3 then two will work but unless you work 18 hours a day I'm sure you can hit 3 times a day. The pulses peak and drop off at about 2 hours so morning, after work, and before bed will get you there.

IGF blunts HGH release. I'm not sure about DES 1,3, DES 1,3 dose free up more IGF you may want to run this if you feel that you must run some form of IGF.

Yes, it makes a significant differance. GO look in Dat's chart in his post its a sitcky!

You know your going to be getting alot more IGF out of your Combo that because you are on so much test! Estrogen is a cofator for converstion of HGH to IGF who knew! SO! eat more soy!

ok cool, i guess i can do that. what about the igf lr3 then? i thought i shouldnt take that within 3 hours of taking ghrp, so now what? i plan to do igf pre workout.

Bro pre load run in bathroom stall with alcohol takes 10 seconds.
