First some history, I’ve been doing “bulking” cycles most of my adult life, in the last 20 years I’ve been “on” for about 7 years total. For about the last 3 years I’ve been on HRT, blasting and cruising. I generally keep the dosage reasonable, 500mg test, 300mg tren, 200mg deca is a common blast for me. Ancillaries are generally .5mg prami, and 25mg aromasin (aromasin dosage varies). I’ve gone up as high as 1g test before, but didn’t really feel it made much difference, and the DHT levels got out of hand. I get bloodwork done on a very regular basis, and am monitored by a doctor.
20 weeks from now I have my second bodybuilding contest ever. I’m planning a 20 week cycle, starting with a 6 week bulking phase, and then a 14 week diet phase. Note that I do not plan on gaining fat during the bulking phase. I’m currently 240lbs at 5’10” and probably around 10% bodyfat. My last contest I weighed in at 200 (just missed my goal of being a lightheavy), this time I plan on being around 215-220.
My macros are 60g protein/meal (chicken, beef, eggs, minimal protein powder used) usually around 80-120g of carbs/meal. I generally go for 5k calories/day. For my diet I just cut back the carbs slightly, having refeed days as needed. Current plan is to do 45min cardio first thing AM, then 20min cardio PWO if needed. Clen and T3 are on hand if needed, however I’m going to attempt to not use the T3 at all, and only use the clen for the final 4-6 weeks. Also, this will be my first time with Masteron.
6 weeks bulk:
~600mg test cyp (250mg E3D)
~200mg tren hex (80mg E3D)
50mg dbol ED
~250mg deca (100mg E3D)
14 weeks diet:
Weeks 1-7
~600mg test cyp (250mg E3D)
~200mg tren hex (80mg E3D)
~250mg deca (100mg E3D)
Weeks 8-14
~500mg test prop (150mg E2D)
~250mg tren ace (38mg ED)
350mg masteron enanthate (100mg E2D)
