20 weeks....whits compounds you like

I will start a new blast in a few weeks and i like to know what you guys like for a longer blast

Im blast cruise now for a few mounths, after this 12 weeks cruise i start with a new blast for clean bulk.

I was thinking about this but dont know if to take dhb while you are already on bold?
1/20 bold u (600mg)
1/10 test e (500mg)
1/10 npp (300mg)


10/20 test e (250mg)
10/20 dhb (400mg)
(Still on bold 600mg)


Or

1/10 375 test e
1/10 500npp

10/20 500 test e
10/20 400 dhb
10/20 400 mast e

I like your second idea personally. The npp should keep you very full without a puffy look(assuming diet is in check) and then the dhb and mast should help keep the lean fullness. Plus you get the added benefit of the mast working against estrogen due to aromatization.

I think its best to keep it simple

test as a base, whatever you need for what level you're at (250-500mg/week)
19-nor (NPP or Deca), half in mg of what you use with test
DHT compound (primo, DHB, or mast) around about what you use for test in mg

Simple, effective cycle.

Can i ask Why you take 19 nor half in mg of test?

I see many people do low test high 19 nor, so 19 nors will do the most of the work and less estrogen

Well, I love testosterone and I get side effects from higher dose nandrolone so I keep the latter lower than test. It does help a lot even low in my experience but more importantly the side effects from higher doses are non-existent.

I agree about the base but not the workhorse. Others can do that depending on the cycle. Right now I'm on

200 test C
600 mast E
200 tren a
200 tren E

I will do this for about 15 weeks. A month off Then go into a higher Test Ace run with maybe an oral for summer . Winny or Anavar
