You have one to many https in there. But even when I take it out I get page can not be found.
 
What weight are you planning to come in at and when?

i am planning on coming b/n 210-215 but you never know with water manipulation. first show is may 31 and then june 7. after that its time to get big.
 
Well, I didn't want to post it, not knowing what your expectations were, but I would say another 5-7lbs of fat and 8-10lbs in water and you would be ON, IMO.

6wks is plenty of time, I just hope you hold the condition your are sure to acheive.

What's your height?

5'11" still too tall for the weight i am at but i plan on working on that this off season :)

nothing recent--just in the beverly bodymuscle journal a while back and M&F college edition about 1 1/2 years ago.

You look like you could lose fat on the sides/obliques and lower back. This is no put down as you're lookin' very good and lean everywhere else. I have the same problem - what are you doing to get rid of fat in this area. If it's diet related (or whatever), can you share?

just keep dieting and started cardio...just in the first week of cardio i have made major gains in fat loss. i will post some new pics after this next week. this will give me two good weeks of cardio and training which really makes a big difference for me. when i wait till closer to the show before aerobic exercise it revs the metabolism up. it comes off really fast.
