NEVER USED SYNTHOL NEVER WILL. I THINK IT MESSED UP BODYBUILDING. ALLOT OF PEOPLE MIGHT DISAGREE, BUT I THINK SYNTHOL IS CHEATING. IT'S FAKE. BUT THEN AGAIN THERE IS THE QUESTION OF SOMEONE LIKE FLEX WHEELER. HE USED IT ON HIS CALVES. WOULD HE HAVE MADE IT THAT FAR WITHOUT IT??? ALLOT OF OTHERS ARE THE SAME. A PERFECT PACKAGE THAT'S LAGGING IN SHOULDERS, OR CALVES. WHAT IS THAT PERSON TO DO, NOT TAKE SYNTHOL AND KEEP GETTING DOWNGRADED AT EVERY SHOW FOR THE SAME REASON...DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE HAS KILLER CALVE WORKOUTS. I DON'T KNOW BROTHA, THIS ISSUE IS TOO CONTROVERTIAL. I JUST THANK GOD FOR MY GENETICS. I DON'T THINK THERE IS A PART IN MY BODY THAT DOESN'T GROW WITH TRAINING, AND I'M VERY LUCKY TO BE THAT WAY.

Just wondering

I know this is off the topic etc but hey renegade does it ever bother you that you post so much info about your cycles etc, then the show you do and then post your face. I mean i honestly can take 2 min and find out your first last name. Then come here to the boards find out what you do... wouldnt this be great for cops??? Whenever i post pics i always cut my face out but then again i just get paranoid... but its always a good policy for me!

Your progress is great bro! I know youve been on awhile... probably to long lol, but youve made great progress. What are your goals?

Im not trying to flame in anyway by the way. Just wondreing what you and others thought on this.

By the way, I haven't been on any supplements for about 3 months now...still at 230 just not as lean.
