mark erpldink (sp) won it from what I heard. I see he looked pretty good. I remember back in 2001 when I competed he got 4th in his class and he was backstage all pissed off with tears in his eyes saying he was done with it all.

Then he went and had those health problems and he came back to win it this year. Good story.

yes the Hvyweight won it.
I couldnt beleive it myself.... In the finals The Big guy stepped up front and center and you no longer seen the hvyweight behind him He moved on out and Big Ben followed him all over Just eclipsing him. He was The winner IMO
looking on from the crowd..But hey Im not a judge and I know its all about balanced muscles etc... The Guy that won Was in GREAT shape and BIG also... Not trying to take anything away from him But I would have give it to the Big guy, Damn he was 40Lb bigger then Melvon Anthony

Hey Ivan Jbomb is a long time member here and Over at Ripped mass.
He is Just one of them guys that doesnt post or talk himself up a lot
BUT VERY helpfull... Ive always thought Him and Stumpy were two guys that were very knowledable But just kinda kick back and stay to themselves as far as the boards go.

There were some big boys there. As Mav already knows, my girlfriend won the womens overall and she also was the "Extreme Conditioning" award from Kim and Chad.

Mark looked good for the show. But if that Super heavy would've had some bigger wheels, who knows what would've happened.

Although I know and like Ben. I think the HVY deserved it. He kinda looked like Dugdale to me. Great conditioning and huge legs. Also Chris Cook is taking some time off to rest and hasn't trained in 10 weeks, so he wasn't at his peak.

Hey guys,
i personally train with Mark Erpelding, when im back at school in St.Louis let me tell you, you have to see this guy to appreciate all the hard work he puts in. Yes, he has had some obstacles in life to slow him down, but who hasnt. I know that if he puts 100% dedication in to it, he can really do something in Bodybuilding. Great Job Mark! This guy is a true freak!
