|--[\\\]>-------- man, what happened to Cook lately....last 2 pro shows he's placed last! Good for Branch Warren, that guy is def. one to watch out for...sick size that man has!

DJ does it again......

Dex was looked awesome last week so I had no doubt he was going to win again. I guess it really feels good when you bring your family, mom included, out to see you win a big show like that.

Whats a good website to see some picture galleries. I went to the Arnold Classic website but it kind of sucks. All the links dont work and not any good pics. thanks -StOrY-

Yea cooks shape is just weird , teak a look at his front double bi and back double bi they just seem off ? its like his legs look conditioned but his back and abs arent ?

Branch Warren is my new fav BB. He looks unbelievably huge with some sick conditioning.

I just got back

Guys,

I was at pre-judging and without a doubt Branch Warren brought his A game. I was 5th row and saw it all very well. He looked crazy. He out conditioned Dexter and out muscled him. I guess shape wins. But at that moment Warren brought the best package to the stage.

We're putting a STOP to SHIT TALK on THIS board and I'm going to use you as the FIRST example - Warning #1

Sorry for voicing my opinion on Branch guys, I realize he's your hero and all. :p

Future-As far as me making statements about a pro's physique, I am giving an opinion based on their competition, not claiming that I could personally upstage them. Perhaps you misunderstood. Being a professional bodybuilder means that part of their career involves being judged, correct? As a spectator I am sharing my opinion with the board and would welcome anyone with a differing opinion from my own. You tend to learn a lot on the way different people see things, to perhaps enhance your own ability to see things through a different perspective.

TONE:

Sharing your opinion and tearing the guy down to the extent that you make fun of his name can be MILES APART. Dont act like you had some benevolent agenda. You were being mean...and a tool.

My view on Branch Warren:

Incredible conditioning. Amazing legs. Total freak. Looks less comfortable in some poses. Seems really angry when on stage which always hurt Dillet. I worry about his health.

Why do you worry about his health? Does he have soem publicly known health issues?

From the pics branch had bigger legs then Dex but Dexters physique ruins Branchs , when looking at the pics you can clearly see Branch isnt well balanced his legs are huge but arms and back lack , i think in his back and front standing relaxed it showed alot none the less he looked great but no way hes beating Dexters overall physique or most physiques who are shapely and possess great structure .

Except for DJ, I think following his method has kept me safe from ruining my body after 14 years of AS use. I also think he adopted his method from the likes of Lee Labrada and Shawn Ray. Never getting beyond 15 to 20lbs of their competition weight.

Since your memory is unable to recall, I did not say 1 negative thing about his physique. :)

Only negative comments I made were that Chris Cook needs better conditioning and Johnnie Jackson would be a much greater force if he could get his lower body to keep up with how strong he is.

i think the 2nd place for branch was well deserved too.

i has brought up his arms from the last time i saw him...

his conditioning was very good too.

i give him 1-2 more years and he will do some real damage
