mine isnt working i just a blank screen. no play buttons or nuttin

make sure your computer has all the up to date windows media player 9 plug ins.......just upgrade to windows media player 9 if you don't have it..should do it....

Alright I just found a fix on another forum. If you have a blank screen, open windows media player, go to file, then open url, and paste this in there

ANYONE HAVING A PROBLEM!?

Whoever is having a problem with the bb.com webcast, just try refreshing your browser, or completely navigating away from the site, then going back. i had the same problem for the first 5 mins.

I had windows media player 11 and it didnt work. I uninstalled it and downloaded 9 of microsofts site and now it works

does anyone's stream have to buffer like every 5-10 seconds or just stop working (about every min or so) until you refresh it?
