hey guys these are pics from my show. been debating wether to post them . alex a helped with my diet and actually alex is very good at what he does.. and has some tricks up his sleeve .

but i would like some feed back on what you guys and gals think. im the one on the left in the black trunks .

and thanks to alex , i got second in novice heavy weight. i weighed in at `192lbs and the two guys that were in the top three were 240+ . so they over powered me big time buy size . so its back to the drawing board for awhile .

yea bro hows it goin . swervedriver posted a link to the web page going rite to my pics . check it out i looked better at nite show i was cramping up in the morning and got some potassium and felt better at the nite show and was holding the poses better. i think it hurt me in pre judgeing.

Good job, that was a tough novice class. I agree that you could have taken that class. It's tough to tell from pics though, but it was a close one. I think that your back was better developed and your shape was more pleasing.

As far as being them beating you on size, I really didn't see it. Good job.

you should of gotten 2nd for sure. the guy in the middle should of gotten 1st
you have a better frame . a coulpe of years you will be the running for overall

i think you are right roddy . i think the judging was fair . we had to wait back stage from 830 am to 130 pm for pre judging. i didnt take potassium and was cramping bad. so at pre judging i was trying to hold poses and had to let off them early . i think my score might have been better.

as far as the overall in a couple yrs we will see. as i have just began dc training under the watchful eye of superdan . which is dante trudels trainers and is suposed to be one of the best. so i hope in a couple yrs to be alot better than i am now. so far i like the training. its really intense.
