Thanks JT! You're the master when it comes to story/picture threads. I am just a wanna-be.
Mar achieved her best condition ever. She is driven and tough as hell. I just try to keep up with her.
And yep right side... the pec thing turned out ok. The scar's not too bad and the demple doesn't should up unless i bring my hands close together. I have not done a flat bench press since that day and proably never will...
