Agreed ...... This to me is not a good combo.... Why?? Not sure why someone would want this is beyond me!I don't have to try it to know it falls under the heading of dumber than a hammer handle.
Inject yourself with a solution that is definitely going to crash and cause significant inflammation in the muscle leading to scar tissue build up and potential abscessing THEN add a local anaesthetic to it so you can't feel the pain.

Lidocane is a short acting anesthetic, only lasting 45 minutes. Pain from prop really kicks in after 24 hrs (at least from personal experience). I see it being a marketing gimmick. Even if you were to use marcane, which is longer acting you get 6 hours of anesthesia, or adding epinephrine you get 8 hours total.
