Thanks! Overall I'm happy with the progress made. I've been fighting a few minor injuries that I'm starting to rehab over the next 4-6 weeks. Once I'm 100% healthy it will be game time and I'll look at lining up a show

Thank you for the compliment! It sounds like your starting down a road that can be and will be very satisfying and honestly fun! I believe that training, & dieting can teach & show someone the strengths & weaknesses they have. Giving that individual a very honest assessment of ones self, the strengths can be applied to other parts of your life and the weaknesses can be improved and made into strengths making one stronger, happier and more confident!
It is an awesome journey you can take whether you complete or not.
