Well I won the middle weight open division, most people say hands down. This was the best package I've ever brought to the stage so I was very happy. Here are a few shots from the overall pose down, hopefully I'll have some professional pics soon!

Yes in deed , I need to realy practice on smileing when I pose , I always end up looking miserable and constipated !!

Man I had a blast in the overall pose down! I kept jumping in front of the heavy & light heavy lol we were doing the head to head most muscular shots. It was awesome, most fun I've ever had at a show

Idk where I placed in overall, they just call out the winner. Tricky Jackson was the guess poser but I didn't get a chance to meet him.

2013 North Americans gonna take some time off so I can be a BIG middleweight next year. I weighed in this weekend at 170 but was closer to 168 on stage so the plan is to add another 6-10lbs of muscle if possible and suck down to middles for the 2013 North Americans
