I was there and I was impressed with Sergio. He was cramping up pretty bad.

Blair looks on point and has a very dense physique but Phil has the aesthetics plus the conditioning. Cody looks out of this world for his age

Interesting! Wow, Phil is an honest guy. Most guys bull shit that they're going to win up until it's over, then they whine about not winning. He sure looks good in the pic up above. He must have thrown down some strong diuretics according to his post. I've panicked and eaten lasix like candy. It's hard not to panick at the end when you want it so bad.
